Refund Policy

Once the initial website design and theme are approved, or a change is requested after delivery, deposited funds for a project are non-refundable unless Website Design Builder terminates the contract for reasons unrelated to the client's breach or non-performance.
Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

• Refund requests can be made when initial website designs are offered. However, approval or requested changes nullify the refund offer, and subsequent refund requests will not be accepted.
• If a refund request is made before the delivery of the initial layout, a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee) will be granted.
• Refund requests made within 48 hours are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
• Refund requests made between 48-120 hours of initial layout delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund requests will be considered after 120 hours of initial layout delivery, although clients are encouraged to contact Website Design Builder with any concerns.
• If no action is taken on an order for 30 days after placement, no refund request will be entertained. Reactivation of an order will incur additional fees.
• Refund requests are not accepted after final files have been delivered.
• Clients requesting refunds due to changes of mind or personal issues during the project will not be eligible for refunds, although the amount may be stored as credit for future services.
• No refunds will be granted for completed website development or live website deployment.
• Refunds will not be provided for video animation packages after the storyboard design phase.
• All refund requests must be directed to the support department. Website Design Builder reserves the right to approve or disapprove requests based on individual circumstances and violation of user agreements.
• For Website Design Builder Custom packages, refund terms apply similarly to single packages.
• A valid reason must support refund requests, aligning with the website brief and customer feedback. Refunds will not be processed if the design meets the brief, but revisions will be provided until satisfaction.
• The money-back guarantee applies to orders placed in good faith. Orders placed with multiple agencies for the same job to claim refunds are not considered in good faith, and refund requests may be declined.
• Customer involvement and feedback are required for finalizing website designs and developments.
• The 100% unique website guarantee entitles clients to a redraw if the developed website closely resembles an existing one. Clients are responsible for copyrighting their websites.
• Website Design Builder reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as deemed necessary. Following a refund, clients relinquish rights to domain usage, which becomes the property of Website Design Builder.
• Services unrelated to website services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, including those not covered under the money-back guarantee. Such services cannot be used to request refunds on package deals.
• All refund requests will be processed within 45-60 business days from the date of the request.
• Refund eligibility will be thoroughly evaluated before processing. Once deemed eligible, your refund will be promptly processed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Website Design Builder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website and services.
